Dual Light Conversion PO Greenhouse Film is a high-performance polyolefin (PO) greenhouse covering film developed with special light-conversion additives. It can convert portions of ultraviolet (UV) and less-effective sunlight wavelengths into red-orange wavelengths that are more beneficial for photosynthesis.

This "dual light conversion" effect improves light utilization inside the greenhouse, promotes crop growth, and enhances yield and quality while maintaining excellent thermal insulation and light transmission properties.

Compared with conventional greenhouse films, Dual Light Conversion PO Film not only allows sunlight to enter the greenhouse but also optimizes the light spectrum available to plants.

Advantages:

1. Enhances photosynthesis.

Blue light promotes stem and leaf growth and thickens leaves, while red light promotes flowering, fruit setting, and fruit enlargement and coloring; photosynthetically active light (PAR) in greenhouses increases by 12%–18%, resulting in a general yield increase of 15%–25%.

2. Blocks ultraviolet radiation, reducing sunburn and pests/diseases.

Filtering strong ultraviolet light prevents sunburn on leaves, fruits, and petals; reduced ultraviolet radiation lowers disease incidence and reduces pesticide use.

3. Rapid temperature rise and strong heat retention.

During the day, light conversion increases temperature, resulting in greenhouse temperatures 2–3°C higher than ordinary PO film; at night, PO infrared heat retention provides significant advantages for overwintering and low-light areas, leading to earlier crop maturity and a capture of higher-priced markets.

4. Five-layer co-extrusion ensures long-lasting and undiminished functionality.

It is layered with light-converting agents, anti-dripping agents, and anti-aging agents, and the additives do not conflict with each other; the anti-dripping and anti-fogging effect lasts for 36–60 months, the anti-aging service life is 3–5 years, and the light-converting effect is long-lasting and does not decline rapidly.

1. Greenhouses for Cash Crops.

Strawberries, grapes, blueberries, cherries, hardy kiwifruit, figs.

Requirements: Protection from sunburn, even coloring, increased sugar content, reduced fruit cracking, and increased yield of premium fruits.

2. Greenhouses for Overwintering Vegetables.
