5-Layer PO Greenhouse Film Co-Extruded Agricultural Plastic Film
PO greenhouse film is a high-performance agricultural film specifically designed for covering modern agricultural greenhouses. Manufactured using multi-layer co-extrusion blown film technology, it combines various functional layers to deliver excellent performance in light transmission, heat retention, UV resistance, tensile and tear strength, as well as anti-drip and anti-fog capabilities.
Compared to standard PE greenhouse films, PO films are positioned as premium products, making them particularly suitable for high-standard greenhouses, multi-span greenhouse structures, and long-term cultivation projects.

Product Advantages
-
Long-lasting Anti-drip and Anti-fog Properties
Utilizing an external coating process, the anti-drip and anti-fog effects remain effective throughout the film's lifespan (3-5 years). It prevents fog formation inside the greenhouse, thereby reducing the incidence of downy mildew and gray mold associated with high humidity.
-
High Light Transmission & Durable Dust Resistance
Initial light transmission reaches 91-93% with minimal degradation over time. Rapid internal warming promotes photosynthesis and enables earlier crop harvesting.
-
Excellent Thermal Insulation
Infrared-blocking thermal additives trap heat inside the greenhouse at night, maintaining temperatures 2-4°C higher than standard films.
-
Long Service Life
Manufactured via multi-layer co-extrusion (typically 5 or 5+1 layers) with UV-resistant and anti-aging additives. With a thickness of 0.10-0.12 mm, it offers a 3-5 year outdoor lifespan, reducing labor costs associated with film replacement.
-
High Mechanical Strength
Enhanced with metallocene raw materials, the film offers superior tensile, tear, and puncture resistance. It withstands strong winds and is suitable for large-span greenhouses and arch-style tunnels.
