Our Company
- We have implemented standardized processes to enhance work efficiency, reduce confusion, minimize errors, and boost overall productivity.
- A comfortable and well-lit work environment fosters positive work attitude, healthy interpersonal relationships, and sustained team growth motivation.
Our Workshop
All the melting and holding furnaces are supplied by GAUTSCHI (Switzerland)
1+1+4 hot rolling mills and 1+5 hot rolling mills from SMS Group (Germany)
6 sets of cold rolling mills from SMS Group (Germany)
- We introduced a wide range of world-class equipments to ensure product quality.
- We specialize in high-quality aluminum alloy coils, with key grades such as 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 3004, 3104, 5052 and 6061.
- We follow clear internal management and standardized processes to keep our production smooth, efficient, and well-organized.
Automatic Aluminum Coil Wrapping Machine
- Less manual work, faster and easier packaging.
- Accurate control for neat, consistent wrapping every time.
- Tightly wrapped coils stay secure and are easy to transport.
All Automatic Three-dimensional Elevated Warehouse
- Smart Storage: Automatically handles high-temperature coils from hot and cold rolling, monitoring their temperature.
- Automated Transport: Automated coil transport cars smoothly plan their routes based on production needs.
- Flexible Handling: All the coils are efficiently and flexibly delivered to the next production stage.
Alloy Ingot Storage Area
This area is used to store different types of alloy ingots. Materials are neatly stacked for easy tracing and handling, ready for use before rolling.
Ocean Shipping
- We use cushioning materials between the coil and wall, and tighten everything with specialized lashing straps.
- We place non-slip wooden blocks under each coil to prevent any movement during the shipping.
- It has the waterproof layer inside the package, we also put many desiccants in the container, to protect the cargo from moisture.
Commonly Used Aluminum Alloy Series
3000 Series Aluminum Alloys (Al-Mn Alloys)
Common Grades: 3003, 3004, 3105
Key Features:
- Excellent corrosion resistance (ideal for outdoor exposure).
- Moderate strength with superior formability, making them easy to roll into corrugated profiles.
- Cost-effective, offering a good balance of performance and price.
1000 Series Aluminum Alloys (Pure Aluminum)
Common Grades: 1050, 1060, 1100
Key Features:
- High purity (>99% aluminum), offering exceptional corrosion resistance but the lowest strength.
- Excellent ductility, suitable for deep drawing or complex corrugated shapes.
Standard Thickness Selection
Application | Thickness (mm) | Technical Basis |
Lightweight Roofing | 0.6~1.0 | Slope >5°, low wind pressure (≤0.3kPa) |
Standard Industrial Roof | 1.0~1.5 | Wind load ≥1.0kPa (EN 1991-1-4) |
High Wind/Snow Regions | 1.5~2.5 | Tear-resistant design (coastal/alpine) |
Solar Roof Base | 1.2~2.0 | Supports PV modules (≥30kg/m²) |
Key Benefits
Lightweight: Density 2.7g/cm³ (1/3 of steel), reduces structural load by 30%+
Weather Resistance: PVDF coating (≥25μm) retains color for 25 years. Anodized layer (10-20μm) resists UV degradation
Easy Installation: Standing seam/concealed clip systems (IPX7 waterproof). Single panels up to 30m long (minimizes seams)
Eco-Friendly: 100% recyclable, 95% lower energy for recycled aluminum. Solar reflectance ≥80% (cuts cooling costs)
