Color coated steel coil, also known as color coated steel plate or color plate, is manufactured using galvanized steel as the base material through these processes:
  • Surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion)
  • Continuous coating with roller coating or multi-layer liquid coating
  • Baking
  • Cooling to produce the final plate product
