For oversize sheet, we use Flat Rack Container

1) We use suitable securing material, such as wooden blocks, steel straps, and ratchet tie-downs

to firmly fix the aluminum plates to the flat rack.

2) To prevent possible exposure to seawater or rain, we cover the entire cargo with waterproof tarps.

3) We make sure these sheets are loaded with a low and evenly distributed center of gravity to avoid

tilting during the transportation.

medium strength

6063 alloy commercial aluminium alloy offers medium strength and high corrosion resistance.

With an aesthetically pleasing finish, the material is used in the fabrication of intricate

extrusions used as finishing products. 6061 or 6082 should be considered if greater strength is required.

The most common tempers for 6063 aluminium alloy are:

Soft / No heat treatment.

Solution heat treated and naturally aged to a substantially stable condition.

Solution heat treated and artificially aged.
