This equipment functions as a fully automatic solder paste printer for modern electronics manufacturing.

Application Scenarios: This monochrome flatbed ink screen printing machine is specifically designed for printing on various flat products such as plastic parts, silicone, stainless steel, and aluminum. Equipped with a dedicated ink return blade program, unlike solder paste printing, it produces more uniform printing results and clearer patterns.

Basic Parameters:
OK-SASPP-400S is suitable for products 400mm long * 300mm wide.
OK-SASPP-600S is suitable for products 600mm long * 300mm wide.

Where It Is Used

This solder paste printer is used in SMT assembly lines for applying solder paste onto PCBs before component placement. Common environments include consumer electronics factories, automotive electronics workshops, and industrial control board production lines.

About Okai Intelligent Technology

We are based in Dongguan, China and have been building automation equipment since 2008. Our factory has 90 to 150 people on the floor, and we export the majority of what we make to customers in over 30 countries. Most of our buyers are electronics manufacturers, automotive parts suppliers, and appliance producers.

We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our equipment meets CE requirements. Before any machine leaves the factory, it runs continuously for 48 hours as part of our standard outgoing inspection. We machine many of our own components in-house, including customized tooling and fixtures.

Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
