product introduction:

DZL series biomass horizontal three-return water fire tube chain grate boiler is a quick boiler, the capacity covers 2-20 tons, the thermal efficiency can reach more than 88%. By extending the furnace arch, increasing the height of the furnace, adjusting the width and length of the grate, the Taipan has solved the problems that occur easily in biomass boilers, such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burning, hopper tempering and tube wall coking. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptation, small footprint, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

product feature:

1. Horizontal boiler drum is arranged longitudinally water tube boiler, both sides of the furnace are densely covered with light tube water wall tube, and convection tube bundle is arranged between the back of the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder;
2. Large heating area, good heat transfer effect, sufficient output, low smoke exhaust temperature;
3. The matching front and rear arches are used to make the combustion condition good and the combustion full;
4. The front and back arches can be adjusted to make the applicable coal wide;
5. Divided into the upper and lower parts of the factory, on-site assembly, short installation cycle, low installation costs, boiler room using single-layer layout, capital construction costs;
6. Pressure (temperature) and water shortage adopt multiple interlocking protection to ensure safe and reliable operation of the boiler;
