The main electric drive control system adopts Siemens S120 system, ac frequency conversion speed regulation drive to realize closed-loop control of tension and speed, and the auxiliary electric drive control system adopts Siemens G120 system.PLC is the powerful SIMATIC s7-1500 (drive) and s7-1200 (furnace area), man - machine interface is good, equipment maintenance is simple.

Vertical roll coating passivation is adopted. Chemical treatment solution was applied on both sides of steel strip to improve the adhesion and durability of steel strip surface and the durability of coating. The roller coating structure can avoid the discharge of the passivation liquid, and ensure the uniformity of the passivation liquid on the strip surface. The utilization rate of passivation liquid is high. Rolling coater has the function of quick opening, avoiding welding seam. The heat source for passivation drying comes from natural gas burner heating.

The main drive roller of the steering roller at the entrance tower with power ensures the stability of the tension of the strip. It is equipped with press roller device, which is used when the strip is threaded or is broken, which can increase the roll length of high tower steering roller so as to ensure the stable operation of the strip in the cooling tower area.
