0.16-0.3mm Cgl Galvanizing Line For Cold Rolled Coil

Annealing furnace is the core equipment of production line, including seal chamber, flame heating section, reduction section, cooling section, balance section, chamber for thermal tensioning roller. Its main function is heating, insulation, cooling and temperature uniformity of the strip steel according to the grade requirements of product and the corresponding annealing and heat treatment curve, to complete the recrystallization annealing of the strip steel and to make the strip reach the required temperature before entering the zinc pot. Through chamber for thermal tensioning roller (furnace nozzle) the strip goes into the zinc pot.

This unit uses the improved Senjimier method production process. In electrolysis cleaning section,cold rolled steel strips are washed and dried,then enter the annealing furnace for annealing and restoration, and then enter zinc pot for hot dip galvalume in airtight status. The thickness of coating are controlled by air knife and aluminized zinc strip steel through cooling process after the galvanization will be obtained. Wet skin pass mill and tension leveler can improve coating surface quality, mechanical properties and flatness of strip, aftertreatment can achieve passivation and reserve electrostatic coating treatment, finally get finished aluminized zinc steel coil.
