The main electric drive control system adopts Siemens S120 system, ac frequency conversion speed regulation drive to realize closed-loop control of tension and speed, and the auxiliary electric drive control system adopts Siemens G120 system.PLC is the powerful SIMATIC s7-1500 (drive) and s7-1200 (furnace area), man - machine interface is good, equipment maintenance is simple.

The unit sets up two uncoiling machines; While one is working, the other ensures enough time for manual winding. Double-channel configuration is adopted to prepare the uncoiling section for welding, which can save coil changing and welding time and ensure the continuous operation of the production line.

The automatic seam welder is equipped with pinch machine after welding, which can adjust the end of the last coil to the appropriate welding position during the welding of the inlet section. It avoids the fluctuation of strip tension caused by adjusting strip steel by 1# tensioning machine in the looper and annealing furnace.

The horizontal looper adopts a four-roller mobile car to shorten the length of the full looper, and a deviation rectifying device is set at the fixed steering roller to ensure that the looper does not run off when the full looper is filled, and the steel wire rope adopts a double-rope structure to ensure the balanced force of the car when the car moves horizontally. The inlet looper outlet is equipped with a set of alignment to enable the strip to enter the cleaning section smoothly.
