Steel grating is manufactured from high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, featuring flat steel arranged crosswise at specific intervals with cross bars, welded into a grid pattern with square openings. The exterior is typically hot-dip galvanized for superior corrosion resistance.
Steel grating offers excellent ventilation, light transmission, anti-slip properties, strong load-bearing capacity, heat dissipation, easy cleaning, and simple installation.
Surface Treatment Options
  • Hot-dip Galvanizing: Applied after hemming completion, providing high corrosion resistance and significantly extending service life
  • Painting: Custom spraying, painting, or dipping available according to specific customer requirements
Installation Methods
  • Welding: For permanent installations requiring no disassembly. Each corner requires a fillet weld with minimum 20mm length and 3mm height
  • Installation Clamps: Preserves zinc coating and allows easy disassembly. Minimum 4 clamps per plate, with additional clamps for longer plates
