CMS Fermented Molasses Concentrate Agricultural Raw Material Fertilizer
Product Introduction:
This product is produced from molasses via advanced microbial fermentation technology, followed by concentration using professional triple-effect fermentation & concentration equipment.
It is a naturally fermented dark brown viscous liquid with caramel aroma.
Sugarcane-based concentrate carries a sweet molasses scent, while beet molasses variant features a distinctive fishy odor; both appear as semi-thick brown liquid.
Main application fields:
Agricultural :
1.Boost Efficiency of Liquid Organic Fertilizers
- Fast Carbon Source Supply:Contains 50%–60% soluble sugars. After dilution, it can be applied via drip irrigation or leaf spraying. Soil microbes fully absorb it within 3 hours to fix unbalanced carbon-nitrogen ratios. When the soil C/N ratio hits 25:1, microbial activity triples.
- Activate Humic Acid:Mix with humic fertilizer at a 1:10 ratio to strengthen chelating power. Crops absorb mineral nutrients like iron and zinc 20% better.
2.Carrier for Biopesticides & Microbial Inoculants
- Liquid Fermentation Medium:Perfect for multiplying Trichoderma and photosynthetic bacteria. It supplies quick carbon fuel to cut fermentation cycles short. For example, EM bacteria only take 4 days to ferment, instead of the original 7 days.
- Spray Sticking Agent:Add 0.5%–1% of this liquid to insecticides or foliar fertilizers. It helps sprays stick firmly on leaf surfaces and cuts nutrient loss washed off by rain.
3.Remediate Saline & Alkaline Land
- Lon Exchange Function: Organic acids (e.g., citric acid) inside the liquid bind sodium ions. Flush soil with water afterward, and soil EC value (electrical conductivity) will drop by 10%–15% per planting season
Aquaculture:
1.Cultivate Biofloc
- Regulate Carbon-Nitrogen Balance
- Optimize Algae Composition
2.Make Functional Aquafeed
- Microcapsule Coating Material
- Feed Attractant Carrier
3.Reduce Stress & Boost Aquatic Immunity
- Relieve Transport Stress
- Detox & Strengthen Effects
Feed
1.Preparation of Liquid Feed
- Fermentation Starter for Silage
- Liquid Feeding Formulation
2.Rumen Health Regulation for Ruminants
- Slow-Release Energy Supply
- Boost Fiber Degradation Capacity
3.Odor Reduction in Livestock Barns
- Ammonia Removal by Spraying
