Featuring an integrated structural design, this system delivers exceptional dewatering performance even in a 65°C hot air circulation environment.
The operational process unfolds as follows:
Moist, hot air from inside the drying chamber is directed into the unit's return air duct and drawn into the system by a negative-pressure circulation fan. It first passes through the high-temperature side of the heat exchanger (where heat is released), causing an initial temperature drop while increasing the moisture-holding capacity per unit volume of air.
The air then undergoes a second cooling stage via the surface cooler, bringing its relative humidity close to the dew point temperature. A third cooling phase occurs as the air flows through the evaporator, triggering condensation and dehumidification. The condensed moisture is collected and drained away through the water tank and drainage pipe located at the bottom of the evaporator.
After dehumidification, the circulating air transforms into low-temperature, low-humidity cold air due to the condensation process. This air is channeled through ducts back to the low-temperature (heat-absorbing) side of the full-effect heat exchanger, where heat exchange occurs between the high and low temperature air streams. This first heating stage warms the cold air while further reducing its relative humidity through heat recovery.
The air then passes through the condenser, which raises its temperature and lowers humidity levels further, bringing it to the precise temperature required for the drying chamber and forming hot, dry air. Finally, this conditioned air is drawn by a centrifugal fan and distributed back into the drying chamber to continue the cycle.

Dried Material Applications
It is applied to the extraction of flower cell liquids such as roses, honeysuckle, jasmine, gardenia, etc.; valuable spices such as agarwood, sandalwood and other incense products with closed room dehumidification and drying; ginseng, notoginseng, gastrodia elata, angelica and other cell liquid extraction, can get both dry products and Cell liquid.

High Temperature Heat Pump System Principle
The high temperature heat pump consists of compressor, condenser, throttling device and evaporator. The refrigerant absorbs air heat from the evaporator, transforming from low pressure liquid to steam, then pressurized into high temperature steam by the compressor. In the condenser, the refrigerant releases heat and condenses into high pressure liquid. The throttling device reduces pressure and temperature, completing the cycle that transfers low temperature heat to high temperature medium.
