Free Forged Roller Shaft for Continuous Casting and Steel Mill Equipment. Our free forged roller shafts are purpose-built to endure the extreme mechanical and thermal stresses found in continuous casting lines, hot rolling mills, and other steel processing equipment. Manufactured using high-strength alloy and carbon steels, each shaft is precision-forged to ensure superior fatigue resistance, dimensional accuracy, and long operational life under heavy loads and cyclic conditions.
