Heavy Duty Copper and Aluminium Foil Winding Machine For LV Transformer With TIG BRJ1200-4 is primarily used for winding of Cast Resin and Air Cooled transformers. This kind of foil winding machine is provided with four foil decoilers. Every foil decoiler is with pneumatic brake to provide strong tension, which makes sure the foil is wound tightly. Big power motor, 30KW, provides a strong pulling force. Based on PLC, the control system can control all of the operation precisely. 10 inches touch screen makes the operation easy and visual. Bespoke software provides continuous control and monitoring of all of the process parameters, together with the capacity to store thousands of programs with one extensional SD card.
