Description

Cast Resin Transformer Foil Winding Machine For One Layer Of 1400mm Width Strip BRJ1400 is a special equipment for:

  • winding cast resin transformer foil coil
  • winding copper foil with max. width 1400mm
  • winding aluminium foil with max. width 1400mm
  • winding two layers of insulation paper with foil together

The foil dereeler is provided with an automatically controlled brake system for tension when winding coils, and insulation dereelers are also provided with an automatically controlled brake system, which applies a constant tension to the materials during the winding process and makes the winding tight. The winding unit is equipped with a pressure roller system, making the wound coil cannot reserve when the machine stops running. This kind of foil winding machine is also supplied with one expanding mandrel for the copper or aluminium foil, the expanding range is from 400mm to 520mm, and supplied with two expanding mandrels for the paper insulation, the expanding range is from 76mm to 400mm. The welding system is used to weld foil with bar, TIG is standard for this style of foil winding machine, and the cold pressure welding is optional.
