General Information

Wire Conductor Semi Automatic Coil Winding Machine For HT And LT Transformer GDY-2T is a heavy duty winding equipment to wind high voltage or low voltage transformer coils. This winding machine is provided with:

  • Main steel frame, steel welded frame is very strong
  • Square shaft, the mould can be placed on it to wind different shapes of coil
  • Tailstock, with socket to support the heavy coil
  • Foot pedal, can be used to switch the rotating direction
  • Counter, counting and reverse counting the numbers of turns
  • Control board, can preset some parameters through it
  • Winding motor, 5.5kw motor provides big torque
  • Gear box, several gears to transmit the torque
  • Electrical cabinet, in the cabinet, there are some electric component
