Description

Electric Automatic 400mm Height Coil Winding Machine With Laying Wire Function ZPX400 is primarily used to wind flat or round copper or aluminium wire coil, this kind of coils can be used in transformers, reactors, and other similar products. The wire guide is driven by servo motor, which guarantees precise behavior of the wire guide. The shape of the wound coil can be oval, rectangular, and circle. All of the parameters can be input through the touch screen. Programmable feature makes the winding machine has many automatic function. The uninterruptable power supply makes the machine can save all the data input even though the power is off suddenly. Simply operation is one of the features of this winding machine.
