The Pipe Network Type Fire Suppression FM200 System is a fully automated, environmentally friendly extinguishing solution. FM200 (HFC-227ea) is a colorless, tasteless, non-corrosive, and electrically insulating gas that leaves no residue or pollution after discharge. With an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of zero, it is a safe, eco-friendly agent ideally suited for spaces where electrical fires are likely to occur.

Combined with the extinguishing device and electronic accessories, the entire system can be actuated automatically. It continuously monitors the protected area through detectors and, upon fire detection, activates the extinguishing device via a solenoid actuator. This achieves full automation, eliminating the risk of an unnoticed fire and reducing the cost of on-site supervision personnel.
The system also supports management of multiple zones through selective valves. A single system can protect several zones by directing the agent to the specific zone where a fire occurs, ensuring fast and efficient suppression. A dedicated storage space should be reserved for the system equipment.
The FM200 system is suitable for protecting high-value and fire-sensitive environments, including:
It is also ideal for locations where fires are likely to occur, such as paint-spraying production lines, aging electrical equipment, rolling machines, printing machines, oil switches, oil-immersed transformers, melt impregnating tanks, large generators, drying equipment, cement production pulverized coal processes, ship engine rooms, and cargo holds.
The illustration below shows the working principle of the complete system.
