FM200 (HFC-227ea) is a colorless, tasteless, non-corrosive, and electrically insulating gas that leaves no residue or pollution after extinguishing a fire. Its Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) is zero, making it an environmentally friendly extinguishing agent. Because of these properties, it is particularly suitable for use in special locations where electrical fires are likely to occur.

The system also supports the management of multiple zones under safe control. A single system can protect multiple zones through selective valves, allowing the system to target different protective zones alternately. The agent is discharged only into the zone where the fire occurs, ensuring highly efficient fire suppression in a short time. Note that a small room should be reserved as storage space for the entire system.

This system is ideal for protecting electronic computer rooms, data processing centers, telecommunications facilities, process control rooms, industrial equipment, libraries, museums and art galleries, clean rooms, anechoic chambers, emergency power facilities, and flammable liquid storage areas.

It is also well-suited for locations where fires are likely to occur, such as paint-spraying production lines, aging electrical equipment, rolling machines, printing machines, oil switches, oil-immersed transformers, melt impregnating tanks, large generators, drying equipment, cement production processes involving pulverized coal, and ship engine rooms and cargo holds.

The HFC-227ea fire extinguishing system, piped with 150L containers, is mainly composed of three parts: extinguishing devices, pipe fittings, and electrical accessories.

• Mechanical parts: Cylinder with container valve, frame for cylinder group, driving cylinder, frame for driving device, high-pressure hose, etc. These are mainly used for storing the FM200 agent.
• Electrical parts: Smoke detector, heat detector, alarm bell, etc.
• Pipe fittings: Conduit, connector, elbow, flange, etc.
