FM200 (HFC-227ea) is a colorless, tasteless, non-corrosive, and electrically insulating gas that leaves no residue or pollution after discharge. It has an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0, making it an environmentally friendly extinguishing agent. These properties make it particularly suitable for locations where electrical fires are likely to occur.

The entire system can be activated automatically when the extinguishing equipment and electrical accessories are used together. After detectors monitor conditions in the protected area, the system can automatically trigger the extinguishing device via a solenoid actuator, enabling fully automated operation.
