The Heptafluoropropane 5.6 MPa FM200 Pipe Network System is a lightweight, low-maintenance fire suppression solution engineered for reliable whole-flooding protection. Utilizing a combined distribution design with selector valves, it delivers balanced agent discharge across multiple protected zones through a pipeline network, making it ideal for large or multi-room facilities.

The system supports multiple-zone management via selector valves, ensuring balanced agent spraying across large zones through the pipeline. It enables management of different floors and provides overall protection for the entire facility.

The most distinctive and flexible advantage of this system is its combined distribution design, which links multiple rooms within one district or building—even when those rooms differ in size or are located on different floors. This approach minimizes cost while ensuring the safe and efficient use of fire extinguishing gas. Selective valves direct the agent specifically into the room on fire, enabling smarter, room-by-room monitoring to prevent accidents. Per standard requirements, the number of combined rooms should not exceed eight (8).

The pipe network FM200 fire suppression system is composed of three main parts: pipe fittings, fire extinguishing components, and electrical elements.

The fire extinguishing part includes: FM200 agent, FM200 cylinders, container valves, flexible hoses, liquid flow check valves, a manifold set, a safety valve, a pressure switch, nitrogen driving device(s), a driving device frame, gas control pipe, gas flow check valves (as required), selective valves (as required), a pair of elbows and flanges, and nozzles.

If one system set is required to protect multiple zones, the composition is as described above. If the system protects only a single zone, the gas flow check valve and selective valve are omitted from the configuration.

Because the system uses a total-flooding method to extinguish fires, it is suitable only for occupied rooms. The pipe network FM200 system is ideal for protecting several significant rooms together or a single large room. Typical applications include:
