The Beginning: Arrival in Suzhou (2003)
In 2003, Dong ZuGang, affectionately known as Brother Gang, arrived in Suzhou with a vision to revolutionize non-destructive testing (NDT). Landing in the quaint Maple Bridge area, he was struck by Suzhou’s low-rise, traditional charm—far different from the towering skylines of Guangzhou or Shanghai. However, his early days were fraught with challenges. Unfamiliar with the city and underprepared, Dong faced difficulties finding a suitable manufacturing facility amidst widespread demolitions. On a rainy night, he scoured the city alone, determined to find a foothold for his dream.
A Helping Hand: Early Supporters
Dong’s perseverance was met with kindness from two pivotal figures:

The Maple Bridge Benefactor: A local wire manufacturer took Dong under his wing, arranging for his son to drive him around on a motorcycle—a luxury in an era when cars were rare. They explored areas like Guangfu, searching for a suitable workspace, laying the foundation for Dong’s early endeavors.

The Guangzhou Opportunity: A call from a stainless steel pipe factory in Guangzhou marked a turning point. Tasked with inspecting steel pipes, Dong took his first-ever flight, a nerve-wracking experience marked by the plane’s rumbling sounds. This project introduced him to the stainless steel pipe inspection field, sparking his passion for NDT innovation.

Founding Suzhou Desisen Electronics (2008)
With a background in NDT since 1994, Dong formally established Suzhou Desisen Electronics in 2008. The company began as a small operation focused on manufacturing NDT instruments, but its vision quickly expanded to include intelligent automation systems.

The company ensures that the instruments, equipment, and accessories are free of material and manufacturing problems, and provides a free warranty service for parts and maintenance for one year from the date of purchase.
1. Under normal usage, if the instrument fails due to quality issues during the warranty period, please contact us and we promise to arrive at the site within a week upon receiving a repair call.
2. When maintenance is required beyond the warranty period, the company only charges a cost fee.
3. "Failures caused by improper use, self disassembly, damage, fire, abnormal voltage, and other external causes are not covered by the warranty, and the repair and parts costs are borne by the user.".
4. The probe is a consumable, and its normal wear and regular replacement should be borne by the user.
5. The warranty card is a voucher for enjoying free maintenance. It must be carefully filled out and properly kept. If it is lost, it will not be replaced.
