FI60 Heavy-Duty Internal Flange Facer: Precision Large-Bore Refacing System (12.6–59")

The FI60 is a high-rigidity, bore-mounted flange facing lathe engineered for rapid in-situ restoration of large-diameter sealing surfaces. Built to execute precision machine-shop passes directly on the jobsite, it covers an extensive machining envelope from 12.6" to 59" (320–1500 mm) with an internal expansion clamping range of 11.4" to 57" (290–1450 mm).

Designed for severe-duty industrial maintenance, the FI60 reconditions damaged Flat Face (FF), Raised Face (RF), Ring Type Joint (RTJ) grooves, V-grooves, and weld overlay profiles. By restoring distorted gasket seats back to strict ASME B16.5 standards, this portable system eliminates costly pipe cutouts and extended facility shutdowns.
