FI40 Internal Flange Facer 6-40" In-Situ Bore Mounted Machining Tool
The FI40 is a premier, ID-mounted machining system engineered to deliver workshop-grade flatness and superior surface geometry directly in the field. Built specifically for complex industrial turnaround projects, it features an extensive processing envelope that spans from 6 to 40 inches (153-1000 mm).
This heavy-duty field unit is the frontline defense against pipeline joint degradation, allowing operators to re-machine worn, pitted, or distorted sealing surfaces back to stringent ASME B16.5 engineering specifications.
