The product line includes medium-frequency induction heating equipment (15KVA～3000KVA) and high-frequency/ultra-high-frequency induction heating equipment (3.2KVA～320KVA).With over 50 models available for selection, the products are widely used in various heating processes for metals and alloys, such as quenching, surface heat treatment, annealing, welding, smelting, hot forging, hot assembly, thermal spraying, and polymer diffusion welding.

Working Principle

  • Induction heating equipment adopts fully solid-state IGBT inverter module technology imported from Germany.
  • After outputting high-intensity alternating frequency current, it generates a strong alternating magnetic field through the induction coil.
  • Under the action of the magnetic field, eddy currents are formed on the surface of the heated workpiece, rapidly heating the workpiece and achieving instant temperature rise.
