Bunched Cable Vertical Flame Spread Test Chamber Box Features:
1. The stainless steel test chamber measures 1,000±100(W) x 2,000±100(D) x 4,000±100(H) mm. The inner surface of the chamber is higher than the ground level, and the rear is lined with thermal insulation material.
2. Equipped with a standard stainless steel ladder, conforming to GB/T18380.31.
3. Two spare sample racks are provided.
4. The steel ladder is made of stainless steel; corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
5. An 800±20(W) × 400±10(D) air inlet is located 150±10mm from the front of the chamber at the lower part of the chamber.
6. A type K armored thermocouple, 2mm in diameter, is installed inside the chamber.
7. The air flow rate inside the combustion furnace can be stably controlled at (5000±500) L/min.
8. Stainless steel exhaust pipes and related accessories are provided.
Bunched Cable Vertical Flame Spread Test Chamber Combustion System:
1. Burner: Strip-type propane gas torch, 257mm × 4.5mm in size, with 242 holes arranged in three rows of 81, 80, and 81 holes respectively. The hole diameter is 1.35mm, and the distance between holes is 3.2mm.
2. High-precision ball valve to control gas flow.
3. Dual flow meters: air flow meter and gas flow meter with control valve.
4. A flame cutoff tube is installed at the front end of the combustion tester to prevent propane gas backfire, thus maximizing sample safety.
5. Combustion angle: Horizontal; automatic ignition device; (20-degree adjustable, optional)
6. The air and gas flow rates in the burner must be compensated for by temperature and pressure. Many traditional systems ignore this effect; the gas and air compensation process can be automatically completed by a computer program.
