Outside Tire Paint Agent SR-WP
Technical Introduction
SR-WP is a high-adhesion, water-based tire exterior coating liquid applied to the outer surface of the tire carcass before the vulcanization process. It creates strong adhesion at the tire carcass joints, thus not affecting the bonding between the rubber at the joints. SR-WP does not easily contaminate molds, extending mold lifespan. This product has excellent stability and will not show significant stratification or sedimentation under proper storage conditions. It provides good air release and mold flowability, effectively reducing tire vulcanization defects. The product can be sprayed directly, requiring a small amount and drying quickly. After drying, the coating is light gray, which does not affect the colored markings on the tire and is easy to identify. SR-WP does not contain organic solvents, and with correct use, no special residue will remain in the spray gun, preventing nozzle blockage.

Usage:
SR-WP is best applied to the tire carcass surface using an air atomizing spray gun. It is recommended to gently stir the product or lay the packaging drum flat and gently roll and shake it before use (ensuring the drum lid is sealed).
Recommended spraying conditions:
Nozzle material: Stainless steel
Nozzle size: 0.8 ~ 1.5 mm
Material pressure: 1.5 ~ 3.5 bar
Air pressure: 2.5 ~ 6.0 bar
After long production pauses or shift changes, the spray gun should be flushed with gasoline or high-pressure water before use to prevent the dried coating from blocking the nozzle. The product container or drum should be sealed immediately after use to prevent moisture loss and maintain stability.

Storage:
SR-WP tire surface spray must be stored in a sealed container and protected from freezing, high temperatures, and direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the shelf life is at least 6 months. The production date is indicated within the production batch number on the packaging label.
