60μm Red CPE Base Film
This premium red cast polyethylene base film features a smooth surface, excellent processability, and consistent batch-to-batch performance. Ideal for lamination, coating, and industrial converting applications. Anti-static functionality available upon request.
Production Process
Manufactured using state-of-the-art precision cast extrusion technology, this film begins with high-grade LDPE resin blended with fade-resistant red masterbatch for uniform color dispersion. The compound undergoes controlled melting (165-185℃), precision extrusion through a flat die, and rapid solidification on mirror-polished cooling rollers. Final processing includes precision edge trimming, tension calibration, and static neutralization to ensure defect-free rolls with consistent gauge and surface quality.
