180μm Brown CPE Base Film
Product Overview
Ultra-heavy-duty 180μm brown cast polyethylene base film manufactured with high-purity resin and fade-resistant masterbatch. Features uniform gauge distribution, exceptional tensile strength, tear resistance, and smooth surface for optimal lamination compatibility. Optional anti-static treatment available.
Production Process
Manufactured via ultra-precision cast extrusion using high-purity LDPE resin blended with light-fast brown masterbatch. Melted at 175-195℃, extruded, solidified on mirror rollers, then trimmed and wound into tight rolls with stable 180μm gauge and smooth surface finish.
Key Features
- ±4% thickness tolerance with uniform density
- Vivid, color-stable brown with excellent light and heat fastness
- Exceptional tensile, tear, and puncture resistance
- Good flexibility and low-temperature toughness (-10℃ to 65℃)
- Smooth surface optimized for lamination processes
- Optional anti-static treatment available
Product Advantages
- Superior durability and load-bearing capacity compared to thinner films
- Uniform brown color enables quick identification and reduces inefficiencies
- Excellent batch consistency minimizes production waste
- Non-toxic and compliant with industry standards
- Cost-effective solution for bulk supply requirements
Application Environment
Ideal for ultra-heavy-duty applications including heavy industrial packaging, large machinery protection, automotive shielding, and high-demand composite lamination. Maintains stability in dry, normal, and moderate low-temperature environments (≥-10℃) during processing.
