Product Name: ALN-FS400 Fiber Carding & Cleaning Machine

Equipment Purpose: It decomposes fiber materials and removes impurities, effectively preparing and transferring fibers for the next carding process.

Technical Features:

  • High-strength rollers with quenching treatment for durable operation.
  • Needle-type opening roller ensures gentle fiber processing, low broken fiber and short fiber rate.
  • Integral high-strength steel plate side plates ensure high stability during long-time operation.
  • Intelligent fire protection and emergency braking system: equipped with smoke, temperature and flame detection. The machine automatically stops the running beater and sprays high-pressure ultra-fine fire extinguishing powder inside the equipment once a fire hazard is detected.
  • Adopts double rollers and special card clothing for cotton and linen fiber decomposition, equipped with impurity separation blades for efficient cleaning.
