Technical Features:

  1. Adopts high-strength quenched rollers.
  2. Special pin-type opening rollers protect fibers effectively and reduce short fiber content.
  3. Equipped with integral high-strength steel plate side plates for excellent structural stability.
  4. Built-in automatic braking and fire suppression system with smoke, temperature and flame detection. In case of fire hazards, the system automatically stops the running beater and sprays high-pressure ultra-fine dry powder inside the machine.
  5. Equipped with double rollers and special fiber opening card clothing, fitted with impurity separation blades.
