Technical Features:

  1. Adopts high-strength rollers with quenching treatment for durable operation.
  2. Equipped with manganese steel professional opening rollers, ensuring low fiber damage and superior fiber-impurity separation performance.
  3. Integral side plates made of 12mm high-strength carbon steel, greatly improving overall equipment stability.
  4. Independently developed automatic braking and fire suppression system with smoke, temperature and flame detection. The system automatically stops running beaters and sprays high-pressure ultra-fine fire-extinguishing powder inside the machine in case of fire, equipped with an automatic impurity conveying device.
  5. Automatic safety protection at the feeding port; the feeding system stops immediately once hands enter the working area.
  6. Fully enclosed structural design to effectively control dust emission and protect the working environment.
  7. Fitted with emergency stop switches and interlocking safety locks, fully compliant with European safety standards.
  8. Feeding rollers adopt dual reducer transmission structure to realize real-time adjustable feeding speed.
  9. Main roller is equipped with frequency converter and sensors, which can automatically adjust rotating speed according to fiber humidity and temperature.
  10. Dust cage discharging system supports adjustable output fiber web thickness.
