  • Base Material: High‑temperature PBT / PA6T + 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced (Black)
  • Flame retardant UL94V‑0, anti‑deformation during wave soldering, excellent dimensional stability under wide temperature swing, resistant to common flux chemical erosion.

Contact Terminals

  • Base Material: High‑grade Brass / Phosphor‑Bronze, good spring performance, anti‑fatigue for repeated plug‑in cycles.
  • Under‑plating: Nickel barrier layer to prevent base‑metal diffusion.
  • Surface Plating Options:
