A pure heavy-duty mechanical extrusion technology. The main motor drives heavy rollers or a flat/ring die to rotate. Once the powdery organic compost enters the pressing chamber, it is forced into the tapered holes of the die by the massive pressure of the rolling assembly. The powder is compacted past its physical shearing threshold and extruded into continuous cylindrical columns, which are then cut to a specific length by adjustable external blades.
Perfect for fertilizer plants managing fluffy, low-density materials with high crude fiber content. It is widely used by ranches or localized agricultural bases producing dense base-fertilizer pellets that resist crushing during long-distance transport.
