Introduction of Fertilizer Granulator Machine
The Organic Fertilizer Round Polishing Machine is designed based on the Flat Die Extrusion Granulator Machine. It polishes cylindrical pellets made by the Flat Die Extrusion Granulator Machine into ball-shaped granules in one operation, eliminating the need for additional polishing. With a ball forming rate ≥97%, this machine produces granules with high density that are both beautiful and practical. It is the ideal equipment for producing organic (biological) fertilizer.
This machine features a special internal structure designed according to process requirements, making it an effective dedicated equipment for compound-organic fertilizer production.
Raw Materials for Fertilizer Granulator Machine
- Turfs, lignite, sludge, pond sludge, sucrose slag, and starch pulp can be made into granules
- Duck manure, pig manure, sheep dung, deer manure, cow dung, and earthworm cast can be made into granules
- Bean cakes, vinasse slag, biogas residue, fruit residue, and palm oil residue as main materials can be made into granules
- Residues of urban garbage or sewage treatment plants can be made into granules
