Working Principle

This line focuses on rapid waste stabilization and high-grade powder preparation. Fresh animal manure is blended with straw to balance moisture and the C/N ratio, then placed into concrete fermentation grooves. A motorized groove turner travels along the walls, using a high-speed rotor to crush, lift, and aerate the compost, accelerating aerobic decomposition (reaching temperatures of 60°C-70°C to kill pathogens). The cured compost is pulverized by a chain crusher, screened to remove debris, and packaged as fine organic powder.
