This Environmentally Compliant Fertilizer Crusher Machine features a fully enclosed body design with an integrated dust collection port, achieving near-zero dust emission during operation. Combined with noise reduction technology, it meets stringent workplace environmental and safety standards for modern fertilizer production facilities.

  • Fully Enclosed Body: Complete sealed housing with gasketed inspection doors, flexible dust boots at inlet and outlet connections, and integrated dust extraction flange for connection to the central dust collection system
  • Dust Collection Integration: Standard dust extraction port with 2,500-4,000 m³/h airflow capacity, compatible with pulse-jet bag filters or cyclone collectors, maintaining workshop dust concentration below 5mg/m³
  • Low Noise Operation: Multi-layer sound insulation consisting of 50mm rock wool acoustic panels sandwiched between inner and outer steel shells, reducing operating noise from typical 95dB to below 78dB at 1 meter distance
  • Anti-Vibration Mounts: Heavy-duty rubber isolation mounts between the crusher base and foundation absorb 85% of operational vibration, protecting building structures and reducing noise transmission to adjacent areas
  • Negative Pressure Design: Slight negative pressure maintained inside the crushing chamber prevents dust leakage through any potential gaps, with pressure monitoring port for connection to plant control system
