Split-Section Housing Design: First section features split-type assembly without lifting devices or manual dismantling for easy inner wall cleaning.

Operation Principle: Material enters the first granulation section through uniform feeding with speed-regulated volume control. High-speed adjustable mixing knives prepare material for granulation, then push it to the second granulation section. Dual granulation sections with internal mixing teeth and outer cylinder molding ensure high-quality particle formation.

Environmental & Control Features: Equipped with suction ports and dust outlets for vacuum cleaner connection to meet environmental discharge requirements. Includes observation door and spray tube nozzle for liquid application to control particle size.
