• Organic waste materials (cow dung, sheep dung, pig dung, chicken dung, sludge, rice straw, corn stalks, mushroom residue) are fermented and decomposed to achieve 30%-35% moisture content
• Waste materials are crushed and screened, then measured with binders (bentonite, humic acid) and other ingredients according to proportioning requirements
• Optional additions: functional bacteria for bio-organic fertilizer, or nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (total nutrient content less than 15%) for organic and inorganic fertilizers
• Mixed materials are uniformly fed into the granulator via belt conveyor
• Pellets are rounded and shaped by polishing machine
• Pellets are dried using low temperature, large air volume dryer
• Cooled and sieved pellets are conveyed to finished product silo
• Final packaging via computerized quantitative packaging system
