Working Process Overview
The organic fertilizer production line is a complete equipment system that transforms raw materials into packaged organic fertilizer through multiple processing stages.
1. Organic Materials Fermentation Process
This preliminary but essential stage uses compost turners (self-propelled or hydraulic) to mix and accelerate fermentation speed.
2. Crushing Process
Lump compost materials are ground using vertical chain crushers or double-shaft horizontal crushers. This step can be omitted if materials are sufficiently fine.
3. Mixing Process
Raw materials are blended using horizontal or vertical mixers to ensure uniform composition.
4. Granulator Process
The core production stage where materials are formed into granules using disc granulator machines selected based on specific requirements.
5. Drying Process
Rotary drum drying machines reduce moisture content to below 25% when necessary for proper granulation.
6. Rotary Drum Cooling
Cooling process strengthens fertilizer particles and prepares them for subsequent handling.
7. Screening and Coating
Rotary drum screening separates granules from oversized particles (which are recycled), while coating prevents particle adhesion.
8. Packaging Process
Final stage uses automated fertilizer packaging machines for quantitative bagging, supported by auxiliary equipment including belt conveyors and bucket elevators.
