The organic fertilizer granulator utilizes wet continuous push rod granulation technology with innovative design and manufacturing. This machine can granulate various organic materials, particularly those difficult to process with conventional equipment, such as crop stalks, wine residue, mushroom residue, dregs, and animal feces. After fermentation, these materials can be effectively granulated. The equipment also delivers excellent results with humic acid and municipal sludge raw materials.

The granulator consists of three main sections: body section, granulation rotor section, and transmission section. Material enters from one end of the body and undergoes continuous push rod and mechanical movement with the chassis through the granulation rotor, achieving effective granulation. Finished particles are pushed out from the opposite end of the machine.
The rotor is driven by the motor, reducer, and transmission components, with most of the body fixed on the same chassis. This design ensures robust structure, stable operation, and easy installation, making it an ideal environmental fertilizer production equipment for modern applications.
