The pan rotates at a certain angle with the horizontal driven by the motor through reducer. The powder rises along with the rotating pan under friction between the powder and the pan, while simultaneously falling down under gravity. Due to centrifugal force, the powder is pushed to the pan edge. These three forces cause the powder materials to roll in a specific trace, gradually forming the required size before overflowing by the pan edge. This machine offers high granulating rate, uniform granules, high strength, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
