Introduction to BB Fertilizer Production Line

BB fertilizer, or bulk blending fertilizer, is a compound granule fertilizer mixer that combines several single fertilizers or compound fertilizers in specific proportions. It features uniform granules, low moisture content, moderate granule intensity, no storage agglomeration, easy application, and low production costs.

BB fertilizer consists of separate granular materials containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Its flexible formulation makes it suitable for various soil types, allowing customization based on specific soil characteristics. BB fertilizer offers comprehensive nutrients, high concentration, time and labor savings, and significant production enhancement effects.

Common basic fertilizers used in BB blending include ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, calcium superphosphate, potassium chloride, ammonium nitrate, urea, and ammonium sulfate.
