The newly developed mixing fertilizer equipment in our factory is a complete set of equipment which absorbs foreign advanced fertilizer-making technology and can further improve the production process of solid compound fertilizer. The equipment has novel design and strong practicability. It is mainly composed of lifting feeding system, high-precision mixing system, storage system rack, electric control system and so on. The system has no material, and the mixing system is homogeneous, which can be self flow packaging and continuous production.

This batch type mixing packaging production line is mainly for BB fertilizer, Compound Fertilizer, Formulated Fertilizer by soil testing, drip irrigation fertilizer, chemical product, feed and other industries.

• BB fertilizer can be flexibly adjusted according to crop nutrient demand law and different soil nutrient supply characteristics to meet crop growth requirements for nutrients, but also reduce nutrient waste.
• BB fertilizer can reach more than 50% through reasonable matching of nutrient concentration. At the same time, BB fertilizer can add trace elements, pesticides, herbicides, etc., can achieve the same application of medicine and fertilizer to achieve the effect of saving time and labor.
• BB fertilizer can be used as base fertilizer and top dressing for crops by adjusting formulas and raw materials. It is no longer dedicated fertilizer.

Blending fertilizer is the best physicochemical product with balanced fertilization, with flexible formulation and strong pertinence. Soil testing and fertilization can increase fertilizer utilization, reduce fertilizer cost and reduce environmental impact.
