Composed of a blend of polyester and specialized technical fibers, this felt withstands continuous operating temperatures up to 150°C without degrading or off-gassing. It delivers an NRC of up to 0.80, effectively absorbing engine, fan, and vibration noise directly at the source. The felt can be cut with heavy-duty scissors or a knife to line equipment enclosures, baffle vents, or wrap pipework—any custom shape is possible. It is oil-resistant, moisture-stable, and does not support mold growth. Available in thicker gauges (10mm–30mm) and dark colors to hide oil and dust, this felt brings professional noise control to factories, workshops, and heavy equipment OEM applications.
