Description
Introduction

AS-Y series hank yarn dyeing machine processes cotton, wool, acrylic, and blended twisted yarn at 98°C under normal pressure, completing puffing, scouring, bleaching, dyeing, and softening in one cycle.Its hanging rod spacing adjusts from 426 to 855 mm to accommodate different yarn lengths, while the full-layer model suits varied and special-sized yarns. An automatic forward-reverse controller ensures uniform dyeing, and a variable-speed circulating pump adapts to different yarn types. The machine supports series operation to minimize batch variation.
