Zhenxiong Machinery high-speed PPR pipe production line realizes the automatic production mode from the feeding end to the pipe collection. The whole production line is controlled by PLC integrated control system, equipped with automatic fault alarm system, easy to operate.

●The PPR pipe production line can achieve high-speed and high-output extrusion and good plasticizing effect. The extruder can be equipped with online masterbatch addition to flexibly realize the production of single-layer and multi-layer PPR pipes.

●The PPR pipe production line has a specially designed co-extrusion die head with reasonable flow channels, which can be selected for single-layer or multi-layer structures with uniform wall thickness.

●The water spray heads of the PPR pipe production line are reasonably arranged, the spray angle can be adjusted, the cooling is uniform, the deformation possibility is small, and the shaping is fast.

●This equipment features a substantial clamping force and variable - frequency speed regulation, to ensure a stable large speed regulation range, and stable pulling out the pipe.
