High Precision Plastic Wire Making Machine Wig Monofilament Output Stable Performance

The wig/eyelash production equipment is equipped with a professional reducer for the extruder. The gears and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel, processed by carburizing, quenching, grinding and other processes, and equipped with oversized thrust bearings. It has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity, stable transmission and high production efficiency.

Core advantages:

●The screw and barrel of the wig/eyelash production equipment are made of 38CrMoAL/A, nitrided, low noise, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

●The barrel of the wig/eyelash production equipment is cooled by air, and the temperature is automatically reduced when over-temperature; the heating method is ceramic stainless steel heating ring heating.

●The head mold (with metering pump) of the wig/eyelash production equipment is made of high-strength mold steel, which is wear-resistant and has high precision. The die head structure has been optimized and the wire output is more uniform.

●Wig/eyelash wire production equipment is equipped with automatic temperature control switchboard, digital display intelligent temperature control meter, contactor using Siemens electric, Omron temperature control meter, high control precision.

●The extruded strand is water-cooled to control the crystallinity of the plastic and ensure the elongation of the strand when stretched.
●The five-roller traction machine adopts gear drive, frequency conversion motor speed regulation, speed synchronization adjustment.
●The cooling sink of wig/eyelash wire production equipment is made of stainless steel, which is not easy to rust and easy to clean and maintain.
