Energy Efficient Plastic Wire Making Machine Paint / Broom Wire Manufacturing Stable Operation

The paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment is equipped with a professional reducer for the extruder. The gears and shaft components are made of high-strength alloy steel, processed by carburizing, quenching, grinding and other processes, and equipped with oversized thrust bearings. It has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity, stable transmission and high production efficiency.

●The screw and barrel of the paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment are made of 38CrMoAL/A, nitrided, low noise, wear and corrosion resistance.

●The barrel of the paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment is cooled by air, and the temperature is automatically reduced when over-temperature; the heating method is ceramic stainless steel heating ring heating.

●The head mold (with metering pump) of the paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment is made of high-strength mold steel, which is wear-resistant and high-precision. The die head structure has been optimized and the wire output is more uniform.

●Vertical plastic dehumidifier dryer, automatic operation timing, overload automatic protection alarm.

●The hot water tank adopts overflow type, which allows the single wire to be heated more fully; The stretching machine is driven by helical gears for smoother operation.
●The paint brush/broom production equipment is equipped with a fully automatic temperature control distribution panel, digital intelligent temperature control instruments, and contactors using Siemens appliances and Omron temperature control meters, with high control accuracy.
●Equipped with an automatic drying hopper and automatic feeding machine, it has a high degree of automation and reduces labor costs.
●Double station rewinding machine (formula shaped rewinding frame) (also equipped with two circular telescopic adjustable rewinding frames)
●The extruded wire blanks from the paint brush/broom production equipment are cooled with water to control the crystallinity of the plastic and ensure the elongation rate during stretching.
●The oven channel is specially designed to be more energy-efficient, with even distribution of hot air.
